Creamy Pumpkin Mousse

- 1 cup pureed pumpkin pulp
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup dried sultanas
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1 cup maple or agave syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- the juice of 2cm grated ginger root
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix everything together, stick in the fridge over night to mingle, et voilá!
