Sugar-free yogurts

I can totally understand why you want to enjoy lots of delicious varieties of organic yogurts that are sugar-free, whether the sugar is organic or not. The best way to do this is to simply buy great quality plain organic yogurt and mix in your own flavours. I love to mix squashed berries like blueberries and strawberries, and fruit purees, such as squashed bananas and peaches. You can also try mixing yogurt with fruit compotes, such as apples that have been stewed over a low heat with cinnamon and vanilla. And there are so many natural sweeteners available to try, such as brown rice malt syrup and agave syrup.
