Rural organics
I live in Shetland and find it very difficult to source much in the way of organic produce. Could you please suggest some good (food) websites?? (also if you knew where I could even source courgette flowers it would be great!!)

Hi Alison
It's a paradox that it's generally harder to get organic food when you live outside of a city. People often move to the countryside for a more natural lifestyle, but then rely on a big supermarket or small convenience store for their supply of food.
You'll be pleased to hear that we're launching a new online shop here at organicfoodee.com in early 2006. We'll have a great range of very best quality organic groceries, although we will not be selling anything perishable, such as vegetables or fish.
I'm currently scouring the UK for the very finest organic products in terms of taste, health, fair trade and sustainability. As soon as I have the final selection ready for launch, I'll be sending food parcels to everywhere from the Shetland Islands to San Francisco.
Watch out for monthly updates in my newsletter...
Best wishes,
Ysanne
