MSG and organic foods
I just read the article about MSG Friend or Foe. At the top of the page I read that you can be safe buying organic food. Don't kid yourself, MSG can be sprayed on fresh fruits and vegitables and still be organic. Even organic foods contain MSG under differant names. Sadly, it is all about money and we have been sold out. I see what so called "organic farmers" use, it's a farce.

Thanks for contacting us Sandra, but I can assure you that there are strict legally-binding definitions of what can be sold as organic food in the UK.
And if retailers or food producers break the law, they are punishable under UK and European law. Monosodium glutamate is illegal in organic food, which is another great reason why many people choose to eat organic food, whether it's fresh produce or the rest of their weekly shopping.
