Hallel and kosher meat

Thanks for getting in touch, but to my knowledge there isn't yet a certified Hallel organic butcher here in the UK. I do know however that some Muslim consumers feel comfortable about eating Kosher meat, and that www.organickosher.co.uk have lots of Muslim customers alongside their Jewish customer base. So until there's a Hallel organic meat source, you might consider buying your organic chickens from them.
