Sourcing a fresh organic chilli supplier
I am looking to source a supplier of organic fresh chillies; Jalepeno, Bird's Eye, Habenero, Chipotle and Scotch Bonnet. We are producing a range of sauces for the U.K. If you can help at all it would be fantabulous (possibly not a real word).

Oh Adam, I wish I could help. I am a chilli fan. I want to be fantabulous. I get my dried and powdered ones from http://www.seasonedpioneers.co.uk. They have a great selection, great quality, fairly traded. But I'm stumped where you'll find wholesale quantities in a consistent enough supply for your list of chillies. Perhaps ask Mark at Seasoned Pioneers...?
