Bison in Los Angeles

Dear Kathy

Thank you for my first bison cooking experience last night! I had two dear friends over to dinner last night who were visiting LA from London. I cooked up your bison with onions, garlic, nutmeg and mixed herbs and served it with roast parsnips, steamed beets and beet greens. We all loved it - looking forward to more!
