Hi Janice,
Calcium carbonate is the scientific name for chalk. As such, it’s perfectly fine to add it to organic soya milk made from organic soya beans. Most calcium carbonate added to foods comes from oyster shells, so you might want to check with the manufacturer of that particular brand if you have any issue with that.
